Job summary

Portillo's is hiring a team member to prepare all classic menu items to order, including Italian Beef, Burgers, Hot Dogs, and Fries. You will follow recipes, maintain quality and sanitation, and keep your station clean while working with a sense of urgency to serve long lines efficiently.

You'll assist with portion control, monitor inventory, and contribute to a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Military veterans are encouraged to apply. Part-time and full-time positions available.

Qualifications

• Must have worked at Portillo’s for 1 year with an average of at least 20 hours over a 6‑month period.

Responsibilities

• Prepare all classic menu items to order, including Italian Beef, Burgers, Hot Dogs, Fries, and more. Prepare fresh vegetables, sauces, and other dishes by following provided recipes and upholding our commitments to quality and sanitation.
• Keep your station spotless, work as a team player to help and serve others, and maintain a sense of urgency to serve long lines efficiently.
• Maintain proper portion control and monitor food levels throughout the shift.
