Job summary

Portillo’s Hot Dogs, LLC is hiring for a crew member to prepare classic menu items, including Italian Beef, Burgers, Hot Dogs, and Fries, while maintaining quality and sanitation standards. You will keep your station clean, work as part of a team, and serve customers efficiently during peak times.

Compensation features a base hourly rate of $15.75 with extra pay for night shifts, outdoor work in cold temperatures, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Must have worked at Portillo’s for 1 year with an average of at least 20 hours over a 6‑month period.
• Military Veterans encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Prepare all classic menu items to order, including Italian Beef, Burgers, Hot Dogs, Fries, and more.
• Prepare fresh vegetables, sauces, and other dishes by following provided recipes and upholding our commitments to quality and sanitation.
• Keep your station spotless, work as a team player to help and serve others, and maintain a sense of urgency to serve long lines efficiently.
• Maintain proper portion control and monitor food levels throughout the shift.
