Job summary

Mexican Sugar in Plano, TX is seeking a Line Cook to prepare dishes per recipes and guidelines from the Executive Chef. You will execute menu items within designated times and maintain food quality.

Requirements include ability to read tickets, stand long hours, lift up to 50 lbs, and hold a Food Handler's Certification. We offer flexible schedules, insurance after 60 days, and PTO after a year.

Qualifications

• Must be able to read and understand tickets.
• Stand for long periods.
• Lift a minimum of 50 lbs.
• Properly use a knife and other equipment required to execute necessary tasks.
• Maintain a current Food Handler's Certification and practice proper sanitation procedures.

Responsibilities
