Job summary

AW Fold is seeking a professional line cook to prepare items to the chef’s specifications and set up stations for service. You will cook to recipe standards, complete daily prep, and maintain a clean, organized workstation.

The ideal candidate is efficient in a fast-paced kitchen, communicates well with the team, and upholds strong sanitation. Availability for late nights, weekends, and holidays is required.

Qualifications

• Strong cooking knowledge and technique.
• Good communication with kitchen staff.
• Commitment to sanitation and safety.

Responsibilities

• Measure and assemble ingredients for menu items.
• Collaborate with Executive Chef to prepare meals during dining hours.
• Maintain accurate food inventories.
• Store food properly at correct temperatures.
• Rotate stock per procedures and restock for shifts.
• Ensure prep area and kitchen are clean and sanitized.
• Set up stations with necessary supplies.
• Comply with nutrition, sanitation, and safety standards.
• Maintain professional behavior with coworkers and customers.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
