Responsibilities

• Inspect and clean food preparation areas to ensure safe, sanitary practices.
• Ensure freshness by checking quality and rotating stock.
• Regulate temperatures of ovens, broilers, grills, and roasters for proper cooking.
• Season and cook food according to recipes or judgment.
• Turn or stir foods to ensure even cooking.
• Respond to guest feedback with appropriate urgency and professionalism.
