Job summary

Hermitage Country Club in Manakin Sabot, VA is seeking a Line Cook to join our culinary team. The role offers full-time, 30–40 hours weekly, with shifts including days, evenings and weekends.

You will prepare and execute dishes, collaborate on menu items, maintain sanitation, and contribute to outstanding dining experiences for members and guests. Compensation ranges from $18.00 to $22.00 per hour, with staff meals and ongoing training.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Line Cook in a reputable restaurant or similar setting.
• Culinary degree or relevant education is a plus.
• Knowledge of cooking techniques, kitchen equipment and food safety practices.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and execute a variety of dishes with precision and consistency.
