Qualifications

• 2 years of work or related experience preferred.
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule of nights, days, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Timeliness: station ready at scheduled time in proper uniform.
• Pace: maintain brisk, steady workflow with no unnecessary steps.
• Adhere to 100% recipe knowledge when prepping or assisting with production.
• Portioning: use scales and measuring tools for accurate portions.
• Maintain cleanliness and equipment in like-new condition; practice 'clean as you go'.
• Support productivity by balancing quality and quantity within set time frames.
• Demonstrate organization and plan ahead to stock supplies before rush.
• Collaborate effectively as part of a kitchen team.
• Maintain a safe work environment; follow OSHA guidelines.
• Safe food handling at all times.
• Receiving, rotating and stocking food.
• Provide prep support as needed.
