Hotel Equities is seeking a Prep Cook for Hotel Northland in Green Bay, WI. You will prepare food items per recipes, maintain sanitary work areas, and support kitchen operations to ensure high guest satisfaction.

Qualifications include a high school diploma and experience with major hotel brands. The role requires ability to stand for extended periods and operate various kitchen equipment. Weekend availability may be required.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent is required.
• Experience with Marriott, Hilton, IHG, Wyndham or Hyatt processes and standards.
• Ability to read recipes, follow instructions, and communicate effectively.

Responsibilities

• Prepare food items according to standard recipes and brand standards.
• Handle daily requisitions for supplies for production.
• Maintain cleanliness and proper storage of food and equipment in accordance with health regulations.
• Operate kitchen equipment such as stoves, ovens, broilers, slicers, steamers and kettles.
• Assist in inventory and coordination with Food & Beverage department.
