Job summary

Delaware North Sportservice is seeking part-time Line Cooks to join our culinary team at Nationwide Arena in Columbus, Ohio. You will prepare food for guest orders, communicate with serving staff, and contribute to a culture of teamwork and culinary excellence.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of back-of-house food service experience.
• Ability to read prep sheets and recipes.
• Basic math skills for recipe measurements.
• No high school diploma or GED required.

Responsibilities

• Prepare food to match portion sizes, quality standards and temperatures, and package items per specifications.
• Keep workstation, coolers, and equipment clean, organized, and stocked.
• Record waste using waste control guidelines on the spoilage sheet.
• Perform opening, closing, side work duties and end-of-day inventory.
