Job summary

Delaware North Sportservice at Nationwide Arena in Columbus, Ohio is seeking part-time cooks to join our culinary team. You will prepare guest orders, communicate with serving staff, and help maintain high culinary standards.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of back-of-house food service experience.
• Ability to read and comprehend prep sheets and recipes.
• Basic math skills to calculate and follow recipe measurements.
• No high school diploma or GED required.

Responsibilities

• Prepare food to meet portion sizes and quality standards, maintain proper food temperatures and seal packaging as required.
• Keep workstation, coolers, and equipment clean, organized, sanitized, and stocked.
• Record waste and follow waste control guidelines on the spoilage sheet.
• Perform opening, closing, side work duties and end-of-day inventory.
