Responsibilities

• Prepare a variety of dishes across multiple stations (Appetizer, Bread & Fries, Grill, Pizza, Salad) per Primanti Bros. recipes.
• Label prep items according to Shelf Life Chart.
• Complete assigned prep work to stock and set up stations.
• Follow safety, sanitation, and HACCP procedures and temperature controls.
• Prepare orders to recipe specifications and in a timely manner.
• Communicate ticket times and potential issues with teammates as needed.
• Maintain proper rotation and par levels for products.
• Complete opening, shift change, and closing checklists and routine cleaning tasks.
