Primanti Bros. in Pittsburgh, PA is seeking Prep and Line Cooks to prepare a variety of dishes across multiple stations including Appetizer, Bread & Fries, Grill, Pizza, and Salad. You will follow recipe specifications, manage prep lists, label items by shelf life, and ensure timely production.

• Ability to read and write English clearly.

Responsibilities

• Prepares a variety of food across stations: Appetizer, Bread & Fries, Grill, Pizza, Salad.
• Prepares all items on Prep List and labels food by Shelf Life Chart.
• Completes prep work to stock and set up stations as needed.
• Follows safety, sanitation, and HACCP procedures.
• Rotates products and communicates with team to ensure timely service.
• Performs opening, shift change, and closing checklists; participates in cleaning tasks.
• Other duties as assigned by Coach.
