Job summary

P.F. Chang's in the United States is hiring immediately for full-time and part-time Line Cooks, Wok Cooks, Cook, Chef De Partie, or Station Chef to prepare dishes according to established recipes and safety guidelines.

You will maintain kitchen setups, follow chef guidance, and contribute to a fast-paced team environment. No experience required; training is provided. A Food Handler's Card may be required or obtained through us.

Qualifications

• No prior experience required; training provided.
• Food Handler's Card where applicable, or assistance to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook all food items to company specifications.
• Plate prepared foods based on chef's guidance.
• Responsible for setup, operation, breakdown, and cleaning of kitchen equipment.
• Assist with washing dishes, sweeping/mopping floors, cleaning and maintaining equipment, sanitizing utensils.
• Uphold high kitchen sanitation and food safety standards.
