CyHawk Hospitality, Inc., franchisee for Perkins Restaurant, is hiring Line Cooks for our Perkins Restaurant on the East side of Sioux Falls by Menards. You’ll prepare menu items, maintain cleanliness, and support the kitchen team.

Responsibilities

• Prepares cooking items following recipes and procedures.
• Maintains cleanliness of the kitchen, prep areas, coolers and storage areas.
• Maintains proper food safety and sanitation procedures.
• Ensures products are properly portioned and prepared as specified by recipes.
• Uses FIFO (first in, first out) to manage inventory on the line.
• Assists with dishwashing and restocking as needed.
• Supports front-of-house staff to ensure guest satisfaction.
