Job summary

JDK Management Company, the Perkins franchise for Edinboro, is seeking a Line Cook to join a friendly, fast-paced team. You’ll prepare menu items to company standards while maintaining a clean, safe, and organized kitchen, helping create a great guest experience.

No experience is required, but prior line cook work is a plus. You’ll thrive in a team environment, lift up to 50 lbs, and stand for extended periods as you support smooth kitchen operations.

Qualifications

• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to stand, walk, reach, and bend for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes, portion standards, and presentation guidelines.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient workstation throughout each shift.
• Follow all food safety, sanitation, and kitchen safety procedures.
• Work collaboratively with kitchen and front-of-house team members to ensure timely and accurate service.
• Stock and prep ingredients to support smooth kitchen operations and shift readiness.
• Assist with cleaning, restocking, and other kitchen support tasks as needed.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
