• 2+ years of experience preferred in a fast-paced kitchen.
• Good English communication skills.
• Able to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Prepare authentic Italian dishes from scratch following recipes.
• Follow standard cooking methods, quality standards and kitchen practices.
• Cook meats, seafood, poultry, vegetables using various equipment.
• Portion products, follow recipes, ensure attractive plate presentation.
• Maintain cleanliness and compliance with sanitation standards.
