Job summary

Pincho is hiring cooks for either part-time or full-time roles in a fast-paced kitchen in Florida. You will prepare and cook menu items, set up your workstation, prep ingredients, and safely operate kitchen equipment to ensure high-quality plates. We value teamwork and guest satisfaction.

You’ll follow standardized recipes, maintain strong sanitation, and participate in ongoing training to grow your culinary skills and reliability in a collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years of age
• Valid Food Handler's Card or ability to obtain one
• Basic knowledge of food preparation, cooking methods, and food safety practices
• Reliable transportation and consistent attendance

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook menu items according to standardized Pincho recipes and production guidelines
• Set up your workstation with the proper tools, equipment, and ingredients
• Prep ingredients by measuring, weighing, chopping, trimming, peeling, and mixing
• Safely and efficiently use kitchen tools and equipment (knives, ovens, grills, slicers, mixers, etc.)
• Arrange, garnish, and portion food to meet Pincho presentation standards
• Properly store food in compliance with food safety and sanitation guidelines
• Restock, clean, and sanitize work areas, equipment, and utensils
• Maintain a positive, team-first attitude while supporting excellent guest experiences
• Follow all Pincho safety, food handling, and sanitation policies
• Support additional duties as assigned by management
