Xperience Restaurant Group (XRG) is seeking a Line Cook in a fast-paced, full-service kitchen in Union City, AR. The role involves setting up stations, preparing and cooking menu items, and working with the kitchen team to deliver quality meals.

Qualifications

• Must be eligible to work in the United States.
• Minimum of two years related kitchen experience.
• Advanced knife skills required.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English.

Responsibilities

• Prepare all restaurant foods.
• Demonstrate knowledge in all areas of the kitchen.
• Read, measure and execute recipes.
• Read and execute computer tickets for service.
• Apply knife skills required for service and preparation; maintain menu knowledge and plate presentation.
• Assist chefs as needed in service execution.
• Communicate with management, chefs and service staff to address issues.
• Move furniture as directed by management.
• Comply with safety and health procedures.
• Maintain safety and sanitation standards.
• Ensure proper checkout procedures.
• Clean spills and dispose of trash properly.
• Report complaints or incidents to management.
• Complete nightly/weekly and opening/closing duties.
• Report equipment failures or hazards to management.
• Assist with additional tasks as assigned.

18+ years of age
