Qualifications

• Must follow recipes and customer requests with consistency.
• Flexible shifts including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Experience safely using a variety of kitchen tools and equipment, including sharp knives.
• Strong communication and ability to follow instructions clearly.
• Ability to multitask under pressure in a busy kitchen.
• Physically able to lift up to 50 pounds and stand long periods.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and quality standards.
• Adhere to portion control and food preparation standards to control costs.
• Monitor food temperatures and ensure proper cooking and storage.
• Report issues with food quality or delays to kitchen leadership.
• Track inventory levels and alert management to low stock.
• Ensure all dishes meet restaurant quality expectations.
• Follow procedures for allergies and dietary restrictions to ensure guest safety.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of kitchen equipment.
• Collaborate with kitchen team and support staff to ensure smooth operations.
• Undertake additional tasks as needed to support kitchen efficiency.
