Job summary

JDK Management Company in Altoona, PA, is seeking a Line Cook to prepare menu items according to our standards while keeping a clean, safe, and organized kitchen. Prior line cook experience is a plus, and you’ll work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods as needed.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes, portion standards, and presentation guidelines.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient workstation throughout each shift.
• Follow all food safety, sanitation, and kitchen safety procedures.
• Work collaboratively with kitchen and front-of-house team members to ensure timely and accurate service.
• Stock and prep ingredients to support smooth kitchen operations and shift readiness.
• Assist with cleaning, restocking, and other kitchen support tasks as needed.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
