Smugglers' Notch Resort is hiring for a line cook role within our Food & Beverage partnership with Sodexo. The position offers flexible schedules, including part-time and full-time day and night shifts. Training is provided on the job, with an emphasis on safety, cleanliness, and consistent quality.

Applicants must be 17 years or older and capable of working in a fast-paced environment. Prior line cooking experience and knife skills are preferred but not required.

Competenze

• Experience in restaurant line cooking preferred but not required.
• Must be 17 years or older.
• Ability to follow cleaning charts, prep lists and sanitation procedures.

• Set up specific cooking stations in the kitchen.
• Prepare food for the restaurant with the ticket system.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
