Job summary

Smugglers' Notch Resort, posted on behalf of Sodexo, is seeking a Food & Beverage Supervisor for full-time, year-round work. The role involves supervising cooking stations, preparing dishes with a ticket system, and maintaining a clean, efficient kitchen.

You will collaborate with the front of house manager to ensure smooth communication and adherence to recipes and closing procedures. The position offers a positive work environment in a four-season resort, with competitive hourly pay

Qualifications

• Previous restaurant line cooking, leadership, and knife skills required.
• Experience in fast-paced food service environments preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and help to set up specific cooking stations.
• Prepare food for the restaurant with a ticket system.
• Maintain a clean work environment and sanitation standards.
• Control the flow of food to the expeditor and assist line cooks to produce orders.
• Ensure all procedures, recipes, specs, operating and closing guidelines are followed.
• Work closely with the front of house manager to ensure quality communication between front and back of house.
