Job summary

The Heirloom Room Creekside Restaurant & Bar, part of AATMOS Hotels in Gatlinburg, TN, is seeking a line cook. You will execute recipes, maintain clean stations, and contribute to a high-quality dining experience in a signature Appalachian-inspired setting.

Qualifications include a high school diploma, ServSafe certification within 60 days, and 1 year of kitchen experience preferred. Flexible, evenings and weekends required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• ServSafe certification within 60 days of hire.
• 1 year restaurant/kitchen experience preferred but not required.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and execute menu items following established recipes to ensure quality and food costs.
• Ensure all cooking stations are adequately stocked with ingredients and equipment before and throughout each shift.
• Take pride in food quality, presentation, and consistency on every plate.
• Adhere to sanitation, cleanliness, and food safety standards at all times.
• Follow standard food rotation practices to reduce waste and prevent contamination; notify leadership of inventory needs.
