Line Cooks are responsible for the preparation, production and presentation of all menu items, with essential duties including following recipes, maintaining high food quality, and communicating needs to the kitchen team. This role requires strong teamwork and safety awareness.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of elevated full-service restaurant experience.
• Ability to work a variety of hours, including weekends.
• Safe use of knives and kitchen tools.
• Strong communication and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Prepare menu items according to recipes and requests.
• Maintain food safety and quality standards.
• Read a thermometer accurately and report delays or issues to the Coordinator.
• Follow portioning controls and par levels.
• Collaborate with service staff to ensure timely plating and service.
