The LINE DC is seeking a Line Cook to join our culinary team. You will report directly to the Executive Sous Chef, thriving in a fast-paced environment while autonomously handling multiple tasks and projects.

Qualifications

• 2+ years experience in a fast-paced environment
• Experience in high-volume, food-forward restaurant

• Able to manage stakeholders and be persuasive

Responsibilities

• Set up, maintain and clean station according to guidelines
• Prepare all food items to recipe and trained standards
• Follow recipes, portion controls and presentation specs
• Restock items as needed throughout shift
• Maintain station cleanliness and safety
• Assist with cleaning, sanitation and organization of kitchen
• Use and maintain kitchen equipment properly
• Support Chef and Kitchen Manager with various tasks as needed
