Job summary

The LINE DC is seeking an Events/Banquet Line Cook to join our culinary team. You will report to the Executive Sous Chef and manage multiple tasks in a fast-moving environment, delivering consistent, high-quality plates for our members and guests.

We value autonomy, teamwork, and clear communication to ensure a brilliant culinary experience across events and banquets at our DC location.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years of experience in a fast-paced professional restaurant.
• Experience in a high-volume, food-forward operation.
• Demonstrated ability to champion the culture and communicate effectively.
• Team-focused with stakeholder management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Set up, maintain and clean station according to guidelines.
• Prepare all food items to recipe and trained standards.
• Follow recipes, portions and presentation specs as set by the Company.
• Restock items as needed throughout shift.
• Maintain clean, safe and organized station and equipment.
• Assist with cleaning and organization of kitchen and storage areas.
• Perform additional duties as requested by Chef/Sous Chef.
