Responsibilities

• Set up and maintain a consistent, organized line for lunch and/or dinner service.
• Manage your station efficiently during service, ensuring smooth execution.
• Prepare ingredients and dishes according to recipes and chef direction.
• Participate in daily deep cleaning to maintain a spotless kitchen.
• Support banquet prep and service when needed.
• Maintain a clean workstation and contribute to kitchen-wide sanitation efforts.
• Communicate effectively with chefs, fellow line cooks, expediters, and the FOH team.
• Produce high-quality dishes with strong attention to presentation.
• Maintain a positive, professional demeanor with members, guests, and teammates.
• Follow safe food-handling, storage, and sanitation procedures.
• Approach challenges with a 'problem-solver' mindset.
• Assist with staff meal preparation.
