Job summary

Grand Casino Hinckley is seeking a Line Cook to prepare all foods during a shift in accordance with its standards. You will follow recipes, manage multiple orders, and maintain a clean work area while complying with health regulations.

The ideal candidate brings at least two years of kitchen experience, is flexible to work across outlets, and may hold Serv-Safe certification. A GRA license is required, reflecting the gaming environment and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Two years restaurant kitchen production experience, with cooking experience preferred.
• Serv-Safe Certification preferred.
• Must secure license from Gaming Regulatory Authority (GRA).
• Responsible for following all relevant Detailed Gaming Regulations (DGR's).

Responsibilities

• Prepare, season, finish, and garnish all food according to recipes and standards.
• Follow recipes and production specifications.
• Maintain clean and sanitary work area per health regulations.
• Collaborate with Supervisors, Chefs, Cooks, FOH and Associates for efficient operation.
• Adhere to safety and security regulations and manage multiple orders efficiently.
• Show flexibility to work across outlets and roles.
