Job summary

Workstream is seeking a prep cook for a dynamic restaurant concept featuring two iconic brands. You will follow recipes, prep items, and set up the cook’s station while upholding high presentation and food safety standards.

In this role, you’ll contribute to maintaining quality and efficiency during service, handle sanitation duties, and support a collaborative kitchen team in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Must be able to read and follow written instructions.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must obtain a Food Handlers Card before employment.

Responsibilities

• Follow written instructions to prepare menu and prep items, and set up cook’s station.
• Maintain product presentations, quality, and food safety standards.
• Prepare all menu items according to recipes, plate presentations and specifications.
• Clean and sanitize the work area and complete daily/weekly cleaning tasks.
