You will be responsible for sauces, pastas, grilled items, and maintaining cleanliness and safety standards, while helping teammates and upholding hospitality excellence.

Formación

• Experience in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
• Knowledge of basic sanitation and food safety practices.
• Ability to work quickly and as part of a team.

Responsabilidades

• Prepares menu items according to standard recipes and specifications in a timely manner.
• Responsible for sauces, pastas, and grilled items.
• Sets up workstation and conducts daily prep and inventory per Chef's standards.
• Maintains product presentation and cook time standards.
• Cleans and sanitizes the work area before, during and after shift.
• Practices sanitary and safe food handling at all times.
• Assists other team members and supports management as needed.
