You'll set up stations, stock supplies, uphold food safety, assist with inventory, and keep a clean, organized workspace.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a professional kitchen is preferred but not required; training is provided.
• Excellent communication and ability to read, write, and follow instructions.
• Thrives in a fast-paced environment and is comfortable with physical tasks.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds and maintain food safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook menu items to meet quality and presentation standards.
• Set up and stock stations with necessary supplies for the shift.
• Ensure all food safety and sanitation standards are followed.
• Assist in inventory management and notify management of low items.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
