Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• NYC Food Handlers Certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and standards.
• Maintain a clean and organized workstation throughout the shift.
• Assist with food prep tasks to ensure kitchen efficiency.
• Work collaboratively with other kitchen staff to meet service demands.
• Adhere to checklists and daily logs; rotate and store food items properly.
• Follow proper food safety and sanitation guidelines and maintain high personal hygiene.
• Report equipment issues to the chef or supervisor promptly.
