Responsibilities

• Prepare a wide variety of foods per recipe requirements.
• Ensure food safety, quality, and presentation.
• Expose flight-ready items and maintain window zoning standards.
• Keep station clean, stocked, rotated and labeled.
• Communicate with service staff and management on ticket times.
• Assist with line checks and station setup; breakdown and sanitize daily.
• Requisition products and operate kitchen equipment properly.
