M Crowd Restaurant Group is hiring a Cook to accurately and efficiently prepare meat, seafood, vegetables, soups, and other hot items at Razzoos Mesquite. You will portion ingredients, prep before cooking, and assist with final plate assembly, ensuring each dish aligns with brand standards.

The role emphasizes quality, consistency, and presentation, with emphasis on safety, teamwork, and a fast-paced kitchen environment. Flexible shifts and opportunities for growth are offered.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Some kitchen experience preferred but willing to learn.
• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• Excellent food safety and sanitation knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Refer to Daily Prep List at the start of each shift for duties.
• Prepare meats, seafood, vegetables and other items using broilers, ovens, grills, fryers.
• Ensure dishes meet brand standards for portion size, plating and garnish.
• Maintain clean, sanitary workstation and proper food storage.
• Assist in closing tasks and support team during peak hours.
