Qualifications

• Minimum one year of experience as a Line Cook.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism.
• Must have basic reading and math skills for recipes and measurements.
• Ability to work collaboratively and communicate effectively with team in a fast-paced operation.

Responsibilities

• Learn and become familiar with the facility’s room outlets and assist with guest questions.
• Read food orders and prepare items according to the menu.
• Prepare all food items according to standard recipes for consistency.
• Wash, slice, and prep foods as needed for cooking or serving.
• Ensure hygiene, safety, and sanitation per Health Department guidelines.
• Coordinate with dining room staff to relay orders and timing.
• Complete opening, closing and side duties as assigned by supervisors.
