Crawford's Genuine is seeking a skilled line cook to join our team at RDU Airport. You will prepare and cook menu items to recipes, maintain kitchen cleanliness, and coordinate with front-of-house to ensure timely service. This role requires safety-minded, high-efficiency work in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience as a line cook in a fast-paced kitchen.
• Knowledge of cooking techniques, methods, and equipment.
• Ability to work under pressure with strong organizational skills.
• Understanding of proper food handling and sanitation.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Flexible schedule including mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities
