Responsibilities

• Follows recipes, portion controls, and presentation specifications.
• Executes service and production of food for all kitchen areas.
• Maintain safe and sanitary workstations and storage areas.
• Assist with cleaning and sanitation of kitchen and related areas.
• Follow safety regulations and proper food handling techniques.
• Work a variety of shifts, including weekends, mornings, and evenings.
