The Peacock Inn in Lambertville, NJ seeks an experienced Line Cook to join its rewarding kitchen team. The ideal candidate is energetic, team-oriented, and capable of following recipes, portion controls, and presentation specifications in a fast-paced setting.

You will work a variety of shifts including weekends, mornings, and evenings, maintain high standards of sanitation, and support the Kitchen Manager.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Spanish language is a plus but not required.
• Line cook experience is preferred for fast-paced kitchens.

Responsibilities

• Follows recipes, portion controls, and presentation specifications.
• Executes service and production of food for all kitchen areas.
• Maintain safe, sanitary, and organized workstation; comply with hygiene standards.
• Work a variety of shifts including weekends, mornings, and evenings.
• Assist with cleaning, sanitation, and organization of kitchen and storage areas.
• Wear appropriate dress code and work safely under supervision.
