Apex Entertainment Marlborough is hiring an Experienced Line Cook to join our fast-paced kitchen team. You will prime high-quality dishes, maintain standards of presentation, and ensure every plate leaves the kitchen looking and tasting its best.

We seek reliable, energetic individuals with 1-2 years in food service, strong multitasking abilities, and a commitment to safety. Weekend and evening shifts are required to support busy service times.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of experience in food service or similar kitchen environment.
• A passion for food with attention to detail and high standards.
• Ability to stand for 8-10 hours.
• Weekend and evening availability is required.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook menu items to Apex's standards for quality, portion, and presentation.
• Set up and stock stations with necessary supplies.
• Maintain a clean, sanitary workstation and follow food safety protocols.
• Work efficiently to complete orders within ticket times.
• Communicate effectively with kitchen staff and managers.
