All Team Staffing is seeking an experienced Line Cook for immediate hire. This role involves preparing, cooking, and presenting meals in a fast-paced kitchen, planning production to align with service hours, and maintaining quality and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Experience in cooking or related fields.
• Knowledge of kitchen equipment and cooking techniques.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Food Handlers or ServeSafe Certification.
• TB and Flu vaccination within the year or willingness to obtain.
• Background and drug screen clearance.
• Minimum 6 months to 1 year of relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, cook, and present meals.
• Plan production to coordinate with service hours.
• Memorize, record, and understand menu items, abbreviations, plate appearance, and portions.
• Follow standard recipes.
• Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently.
• Order and track inventory.
• Adhere to sanitation and food production codes.
