We value team players with 6 months to 1 year of prep/line experience, strong communication, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Evening and weekend shifts may be required, with opportunities for growth and development.

Qualifications

• Solid written and verbal communication skills.
• 6 months to 1 year as prep/line cook in a high-volume restaurant or equivalent experience.
• Ability to work with other departments and external contacts.
• Ability to manage heavy workload and multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Set up station according to guidelines and ensure guest safety.
• Prepare foods according to recipes and plating standards.
• Coordinate food orders for timely delivery to tables.
• Assist in training staff and cross-train on line, prep, and dish stations.
• Maintain safety, sanitation, and cleanliness throughout shifts.
