Blue Sushi Sake Grill in Lexington is hiring a Line Cook. You will prepare and cook menu items, set up stations, and ensure safety and quality standards. Training is provided for those new to professional kitchens. The role requires physical stamina and teamwork in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook menu items to quality and presentation standards.
• Set up and stock stations for the shift to ensure efficiency.
• Ensure all food safety and sanitation standards are followed.
• Assist in inventory management, including stock rotation and notifying management of low items.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, sanitary and ready for use at all times.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations and timely service.
