Responsibilities

• Set up, stock, and maintain stations before and during service.
• Execute dishes accurately and efficiently during service.
• Assist with daily prep and ensure ingredients are ready for service.
• Maintain proper food handling, storage, and sanitation.
• Monitor product quality and portioning.
• Keep workstations clean and organized.
• Communicate with chefs and teammates during service.
• Support other stations as needed.
