Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and standards.
• Maintain assigned station during service, keeping it clean and ready.
• Execute tickets accurately during high-volume periods.
• Communicate with chefs and teammates to ensure smooth service.
• Follow portioning, plating and timing standards.
• Complete daily prep lists efficiently.
• Label, date, rotate and store all products properly.
• Notify leadership when inventory is low.
• Assist with banquet and seasonal menu prep.
• Minimize waste and handle products properly.
• Report equipment issues to kitchen leadership.
• Work collaboratively and maintain professional demeanor.
• Adhere to food safety and health regulations.
