Responsibilities

• Produce food for breakfast, lunch, dinner and catered events.
• Follow production sheets, portioning and FIFO labeling.
• Taste all food to ensure flavor, freshness and quality.
• Maintain a clean and organized station.
• Follow safety and sanitation procedures.
