Culinary Khancepts in Bolingbrook, IL, is seeking a dedicated Line Cook to join our multi-concept restaurant group. You will prepare and plate dishes across stations and contribute to a high-standard, fast-paced kitchen.

You must maintain clean stations, follow safety standards, and work with a team to deliver quality meals on time. Prior kitchen experience and a Food Safety certification are preferred.

Qualifications

• Must maintain composure in a fast-paced kitchen.
• Experience in a high-volume environment is preferred.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Set up and stock stations with all necessary supplies.
• Prepare food for service (chopping, portioning, sauces).
• Cook menu items in coordination with kitchen staff.
• Follow executive or sous chef’s instructions.
• Clean up station and manage leftovers.
• Stock inventory and ensure timely dish output.
• Uphold nutrition, sanitation, and safety standards.
• Maintain professional interaction with coworkers and guests.
