You will prep ingredients, assist with station setup, cook main dishes and desserts, and help maintain high standards of food safety and presentation under senior supervision.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Line Cook in a kitchen setting.
• familiarity with diverse cooking techniques and procedures.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced team.
• Solid knowledge of food handling and sanitation standards.
• Strong multitasking and precise plating under pressure.
• Knowledge of meat, poultry, and seafood prep is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist with stocking and setting up kitchen stations for efficient service.
• Prepare food by cleaning, cutting ingredients, and cooking main dishes, desserts, and snacks.
• Plate dishes following senior chef’s guidance to ensure visual appeal.
• Collaborate with fellow cooks to maintain a team-focused approach.
• Monitor product freshness and rotate stock according to kitchen schedules.
• Maintain kitchen hygiene and ensure compliance with food safety standards.
