You will prep and cook menu items to spec, uphold safety standards, and collaborate with the Service Team to ensure accurate, timely service. Your role includes maintaining a clean station and following health regulations throughout every shift.

The position demands 6 months of Line Cook/Prep Cook experience, a guest-focused mindset, strong teamwork, and the ability to work days, nights, and weekends in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Must have 6 months of Line Cook/Prep Cook experience.
• Guest-focused mindset and friendly service orientation.
• Teamwork and clear communication with the Service Team.
• 18+ years of age, Food Handlers Certification as required.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure kitchen environment.

Responsibilities

• Uphold cleanliness and safety standards.
• Prepping and cooking all menu items per recipes and standards.
• Collaborate with the Service Team to ensure timely, accurate food delivery.
• Follow health department procedures and proper kitchen equipment use.
• Maintain a clean, stocked station before and after each shift.
• Perform opening, mid-day, or closing duties.
