Half Shell Dockside is seeking a dependable Line Cook to join our kitchen team in a fast-paced restaurant environment. You will prepare and cook menu items, keep your station clean and organized, and follow recipes and presentation guidelines to ensure quality.

Ideal candidates have prior line cook or restaurant kitchen experience, can work quickly without sacrificing quality, and communicate well with teammates. Evening, weekend, and holiday availability is required for this role.

Qualifications

• Previous line cook or restaurant kitchen experience preferred.
• Ability to work quickly without sacrificing quality.
• Dependable, punctual, and ready to work.

• Comfortable working in a high-volume kitchen.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform typical kitchen duties.
• Availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays as scheduled.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook menu items accurately and consistently.
• Set up and maintain a clean, organized station.
• Follow recipes, portion standards, and presentation guidelines.
• Work efficiently during busy lunch and dinner services.
• Communicate and coordinate with other members of the kitchen team.
• Follow proper food handling, sanitation, and safety procedures.
