Margaritas is seeking a skilled Line Cook to join our kitchen team. The Line Cook will be responsible for preparing meals according to our standard recipes, ensuring each dish is executed with excellence.

Qualifications

• Experience as Line Cook, Restaurant Cook, or Prep Cook.
• Culinary training preferred but not required.
• Knowledge of cooking methods, ingredients, equipment and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook menu items with kitchen staff.
• Follow recipes, portion controls, and presentation specs.
• Keep kitchen clean and sanitary, wash dishes, sanitize surfaces, take out trash.
